Nina
Hi there! I'm Nina, a mother of two, postpartum doula, and parent educator. For over 15 years, I've been dedicated to supporting mothers as they care for themselves, their little ones, and their homes. I truly understand the challenges that come with motherhood, and I'm here to help ease those burdens along the way.
Despite my extensive experience with babies, children, and mothers and my previous studies in child psychology in college, my perspective changed with the arrival of my son in 2018. My maternal instincts became more pronounced, guiding me to seek guidance and further formal education. Soon, I realized that much of what we think we know about motherhood and childhood is inaccurate. Trying to conform to societal expectations leads to increased stress and the risk of being diagnosed with various medical conditions.
My heartfelt goal is to share my knowledge so other mothers like you can find peace and fulfillment in their motherhood journey and nurture well-functioning children who will positively lead future generations.
